Basic Membership
Each character must pay 10gp to gain Basic Membership in an adventuring party. The party is registered at a cost of 100gp. The 10gp fee must be paid again if the character leaves the dungeon for 1 month or more. As long as the character is working in the Mines and paying at least 10gp in taxes per month, no additional fees are required. Each party must elect a purser who will be responsible for all monies and treasure.

Half-Breeds: Half-breeds and Titanspawn must be indentured to full-blooded members of the party. Each full-blooded member of the party may indenture one half-breed. Half-elves, half-orcs, Halflings and titan races (such as goblins, etc.) are included in this list.

Taxation: Basic parties pay a 10% tax on all mundane items recovered from the dungeon, and a 50% tax on magic items. All mundane items are bought by the city at 90% of value if not kept, and magic is bought by the city at a 50% rate. Items sold to the city are not subject to taxation.

Due Diligence: the guards at the dungeon exit search the party for items recovered from the dungeon. Characters attempting to smuggle items out may make Slight of Hand checks, DC 14+current level; failure means the character was caught red-handed. The party's purser will suffer all punishments in this case.

Benefits: Basic members are entitled to free room and board, so long as they are paying their minimum 10gp per month tax or fee. The food is bland but filling, and the accommodations are basic but comfortable.

Spell Casting: Basic clerical services are provided, but characters must pay for any material components required. The most powerful clerical spell available would be 5th level and under. Wizard spells are available at book prices plus 10%, max 5th level spell.

Shops: All mundane items and minor magic items are available at a 10% surcharge. Spells may be purchased from scrolls at a 10% surcharge, but only 3rd or lower spell levels are available.

Expert Membership
When more than half a party is made up of 7th level characters (or higher), the party automatically earns Expert membership. There is no fee to ascend to Expert Membership, but characters must pay out at least 100gp in tax per month; failure to do so incurs a 100gp fee per month.

Taxation: Expert parties pay a flat 10% tax on all items recovered from the dungeon. Mundane items are bought by the city at 90% value; magic items are bought by the city at 50% value.

Due Diligence: All members of a party at Expert level must submit to a Geas stating that the character will not attempt to smuggle treasure out of the dungeon.

Benefits: Expert parties are allowed to ascend to the second level in all venues on the Strip, where the free room and board is of a much higher quality. The food and drink are of excellent quality, and the rooms are large, private, and extremely comfortable.

Spell Casting: Moderate clerical services are available, but characters must pay for any material components required. The most powerful clerical spell available would be 7th level and under. Wizard spells are available at book prices plus 10%, max 7th level spell.

Shops: All mundane items and minor or medium magic items are available at a 10% surcharge. Spells may be purchased from scrolls at a 10% surcharge, but only 6th or lower spell levels are available.

Pro Membership
When more than half a party is made up of 14th level characters (or higher), the party automatically earns Pro membership. There is no fee to ascend to Pro Membership, but characters must pay out at least 1000gp in tax per month; failure to do so incurs a 1000gp fee per month.

Taxation: Pro parties pay a flat 10% tax on all items recovered from the dungeon. All items are bought by the city at 90% value.

Due Diligence: All members of a party at Pro level must submit to a monthly Geas stating that the character will adhere to the taxation scheme under Taxation, and will not act against Dragon Mines, its rulers, or its employees.

Benefits: Pro parties are allowed to ascend to the third level in all venues on the Strip, where the free room and board is of the highest quality. The food and drink are sublime, and the private suites are large, private, and exquisitely appointed. Servants take care of a Pro character's every need. Every need.

Spell Casting: Advanced clerical services are available, but characters must pay for any material components required. Any clerical spell is available. Any Wizard spells is available at book prices plus 10%.

Shops: All items except artifacts are available at a 10% surcharge. Spells may be purchased from scrolls at a 10% surcharge. Artifacts may be available - particularly if the character has an equivalent trade. Ask at the counter!
